The Company:

Avanza ABA is a growing company providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. We serve clients who need behavioral support while developing communication, social play, and self care skills. Avanza ABA is privately owned by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that sets standards for proper care of clients while promoting a friendly work culture. 

The Opportunity:

We are searching for qualified ABA providers passionate about helping others while gaining extraordinary professional experience in the process. The role includes part-time, direct client work. We need mornings, afternoons, and evenings filled and will work with your availability.

This is a great fit for individuals seeking a calm, balanced work environment that allows the time and space to build meaningful connections with clients and families. No requirements to supervise staff—just you one-on-one with the client. We explore approaches to care outside of traditional ABA models, with a strong focus on relationships with families and values that truly matter to people. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to develop communication, social play, and self-management skills
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the successful implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Record and analyze client progress through data collection and reporting tools
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards during all sessions
  • Maintain and promote positive interactions with clients and their family members
  • Clean up at the end of each session and organize program materials
  • Attend monthly meetings and participate in group trainings
  • BCBA’s will engage in protocol modification and other relevant case management tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience with children
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and reasoning ability
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the field
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to clients’ homes
  • Physical ability to work in an active environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs and assisting clients when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Progress toward a degree in psychology, social work, pre-med, education, or other related fields
  • Master’s level coursework

Pay Rate:

Entry-level Behavior Technicians: starting at $20+ per hour

BCBA’s/QBHP’s: negotiable
